Which personal data do we process?
Via the quotation and callback form on this site we ask for:
- your name;
- the name of your company or organisation;
- your email address;
- your telephone number;
- your message, for example a description of your ducts.
Please do not include data in your message that is not needed for your question. Duct type, diameter and contamination are enough; personal details about other people do not belong there. If you contact us by phone or email, we process the data you share in the same way.
What do we use your data for?
We use your data exclusively to:
- draw up and send a quotation for the equipment you ask about;
- call you back if you ask us to;
- answer your question, for example about the choice of a machine.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not send you a newsletter on the basis of a form, and we do not use your data for profiling or automated decision making.
Where is the data stored?
When you submit the form, three things happen. The request is stored in the admin area of the WordPress site, so that no request is lost. In addition, an email with your details goes to the Lamers mailbox, so that someone can pick up your request. Finally, the same data is forwarded to a Google Form (Google Forms) managed by the online marketing partner that builds and maintains this site for Lamers, so that requests are tracked and followed up centrally. Only staff who handle requests have access to it.
The site, the mailbox and the Google Form run with external parties (hosting, email and Google). They only process the data on our instructions and not for their own purposes.
How long do we keep personal data?
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request, with a maximum of 2 years. If a customer relationship arises, for example because you order equipment, we keep the data for as long as that relationship lasts and for as long as statutory retention obligations, such as the tax obligations, require. After that we delete it.
Cookies on this site
Luchtkanalen-reinigen.nl does not place any tracking or marketing cookies. So no advertising profiles are created and you are not followed across other websites. The site only uses functional cookies or similar technology needed to make the site and the form work. No consent is required for that, which is why you do not see a cookie banner.
Your rights under the GDPR
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data;
- have incorrect data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- have the processing restricted;
- object to the processing;
- receive your data in a common format (data portability).
Send your request to info@lamersequipment.nl. We respond within one month, the period set by the GDPR. If you do not agree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. We would appreciate it if you contact us first, so that we can resolve it together.

Does Lamers sell the data from my form on this site to other parties?
No. The data from the form on luchtkanalen-reinigen.nl is only used to handle your quotation, callback request or question. External hosting and email providers only process it on our instructions, so that the site and the mailbox work, and do not use it for their own purposes.
Will I receive a newsletter if I request a quotation via this site?
No. A quotation or callback request is not a subscription to a newsletter or mailing. Your data is used to answer your question and, if you order something, for the customer relationship that follows from it. Using your data for other purposes is not what this form is meant for.
How long does Lamers keep a request from luchtkanalen-reinigen.nl?
For as long as necessary to handle your request, with a maximum of 2 years. If you become a customer, the data is kept for as long as the customer relationship lasts and statutory retention obligations require. After that it is deleted from the WordPress environment and from the mailbox.
Does luchtkanalen-reinigen.nl use Google Analytics or advertising cookies?
This site does not place any tracking or marketing cookies. So no advertising profiles are built and your visit is not tracked across other sites. Only functional technology needed to make the pages and the form work is used. That is why there is no cookie banner either.
How do I request access to my personal data held by Lamers?
Send an email to info@lamersequipment.nl with your request and the details you used to fill in the form, such as your name and email address. Lamers responds within one month, the period the GDPR sets. You request correction or deletion of your data in the same way.
Can I have my quotation request deleted later?
Yes. Under the GDPR you have the right to have your data deleted, unless a statutory retention obligation prevents this, for example if there is an order and an invoice. Email your request to info@lamersequipment.nl and the request will be removed from the admin area and the mailbox.
Where do I lodge a privacy complaint about luchtkanalen-reinigen.nl?
First contact Lamers via info@lamersequipment.nl, so that the problem can be solved directly where possible. If you cannot resolve it together, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), the Dutch supervisory authority for the GDPR, via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
What should I preferably not put in the message field of the quotation form?
Only include information in your message that is needed for your question about equipment, such as duct type, diameter, length, contamination and sector. Sensitive personal data, such as information about the health of yourself or others, is not needed for a quotation and therefore does not belong there.
On what legal basis does Lamers process data from the quotation form?
The legal basis is taking pre contractual steps at your request, article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. You ask for a quotation, callback or answer yourself, and that requires your name, company, email, telephone number and message. If an order follows, the processing is based on the contract.
